Meditation. The Source for Universal Love

Meditation can change many things, it can transform our lives and it certainly can make better persons out of us. All this is due to the fact that we can realize the Truth and this is a gradual, but very serious and consistent process. Soon, we will be discovering if we really are sincere with ourselves, if indeed we want to change, to have peace and above all, to be a source of love and inspiration. Meditation, then, it’s directly related to self-criticism, which is a constructive process to understand ourselves and also to understand others. It is possible that in occasions we enter in contradiction, but the important thing will be of course, to find our weakest points, going beyond the superficial analysis and besides, to be able to communicate, since man often lives too much in the fantasy and he needs to have a real and practical spirituality. Although to meditate is not properly to analyze, meditation will take us to a clearer conscience, in harmony and peace. Let’s look for in meditation not a reason for isolation but as a source of universal love.

Self Control. The Mystic Self Control. The Spiritual Experience

We usually try to define a subject and usually end up by been redundant and without a clear and definite explanation. By example, when we say, the word, “relaxing,” are we tranquil and calmed, maybe? In the same way, the term “self control” has been defined, as control of ourselves, but this explanation deserves to be improved and explained. Self control is not a method of action or individual sensation, beyond other psychological, spiritual elements, but rather, the result of many processes and sub processes at the same time.
Self control comes from processes as intimate and personal as self love, directing us immediately, to take responsibility for the action . And not because, we may feel that we should take action in a certain way, but it means to take action in a disciplined way towards ourselves.

Self control evolves together with other processes, becoming more complete, as discipline and order in life. Then, this self love also is a conscious commitment of been alert and to watch for possible mistakes or confusions. This will take us to the method of self control, which needs of study and reflection, discipline and practice, which will crown, this logical, practical and realistic goal. 

But, there is another self control, deeper and more complete and perfect: The Mystic Self Control, derivation of an important spiritual experience, not only of visions,  and perceptions of worlds, planes, or superior concepts, but from an experience of grace, that increases and is explained like this: When, spiritually,  we receive Love, this mystic experience, liberates man from selfishness and transforms the personal love into universal Love.

Then, man acquires equilibrium, and temperance which are integral and are not found in motives of conflict or frustration, and that heart is in equilibrium, and can’t be confused because of his peace and serenity, reaching, then, the mystic contemplation in the flowing of his spirit, which is constant emanation of grace, serenity and calm.

This self control is spontaneous and free, without conflict and contradiction. Now, going back to the beginning: By observing our actions and consciously guiding them, in an initial form of control, which will keep on developing, because this comes from spiritual strength, which looks for peace and plenitude of grace, and this is the reason, and the path to control: Self look and self analysis and to choose the appropriate method for not breaking the balance, between our will and the universe.

And this self control is an intrinsic and explicit answer to the behavior and equilibrium that exist in man and the universe. The spiritual self control is more than reasoning since comes before motivation of faith in superior virtues. At the beginning, good is imitated or copied, then, with study and reflection, self control becomes the method of life, which will be applied to our whole being. Self control is not a sentence, sword, or thorns in the heart, but rather is the order in a song, as rhythm, melody, perfect measure of the notes and silence to reach the desired goals.

The Eternal Present. Inspirational. For Reflection

There is a place, even higher than the far away star, where silence, depth and eternal calm leave in the vast infinity, where shadow, doubt, confusion do not longer exist. Reality and dreams unite there, thought is transcended. Consciousness exists and is unlimited, even of itself.
This dwelling is incomprehensible for human thought but is not for the heart and much less for True Love. Since this dimension is eternity where pain and ignorance cease and the absence of God dies forever.
To reach this place is necessary to have been born again and this means from the Spirit.  This is the man who has left behind personal interests and has taken interest in the universal life but this is done beyond thought, wants, and not as passing enthusiasm but with eternal conviction because true light has open his spiritual eyes and he has known enlightenment, which is the real and absolute fact of been recognized and loved by the grace of the True God.
This place in infinity is not  far away or near of the already, awaken and enlightened spirit, but rather is, the eternal place of the enamored heart, enamored of God.

The Richest Man. Short Inspirational Story

This person was traveling life’s journey with only the necessary to live, but he found in his path -by works of destiny- with another person, who asked from him very little but even though it was very little, when one does not have, this “little” seems a lot.
And he thought:
-This person is asking for what I have, that is almost nothing. But I am going to share, since life is not only to be lived for myself but “to live is to coexist with the universe.” Since this one who asks is also myself. I don’t have much, just a little more than nothing but anyway, I will share my bread.
He, then, divided his belongings in two portions and said:
-Let’s share what I have, take what you need.
And the one who asked, replied:
-I don’t have anything but a great need. Your help is rather my wealth, you have freed me from poverty, you have become poorer in order to help my condition.
And the one who was sharing said:
-No, you have not made me poorer, since you taught me that the little that I had, was a lot. You, then, made me rich, because you who said was poor, have given me spiritual nourishment since you helped me to share. Though, many things will come my way: riches, appreciation, understanding, respect, friendship and gratitude. When I look at you, I see myself and I renew my values, my efforts and my dedication.
And the one who had asked said:
-I see great nobility, and a firm decision to do good in you. I see a man of faith, of principles and compassion and because you have a selfless heart, I will reveal you a secret. I am not the beggar that you thought, I am not the humiliated man who has nothing, I am not the man suffering, the abandoned man. I am an angel who came from heaven to see your heart and I found with great happiness and joy that you are the richest man of the world since you have been capable of Giving and Sharing. That is the reason, that I reveal myself to you, so you know that you have the right path. You have more wealth that a mountain of gold, you have a pure, noble and gentile heart; the perfection and grace of the fraternal love is reflected in you. You know the supreme value of wealth, of needs and the true reality of Love.
After saying this words, the angel embraced him.
And the one who shared, not only duplicated what he had, but he had in abundance and his wealth could only be compared to the sky and the stars, since he knew from that instant on, that God is present
in the gift of Giving and Service.

Forgiveness. How to.

If we were only material beings, if we were only what we touch and what we see, perhaps we will never be able to forgive, but there is something underneath our skin, there is something within our heart which is even deeper than our thought. It is like a force, a power, a potency which will always go against what is neither right nor correct, but this faculty also has the greatness of feeling like his own toward all that exists. And embraces, contains, takes care, protects, honors and dignifies it. And when everything seems to go wrong, it arises with infinite purity and is able to give everything. This condition, this force is the Spirit of Divine Breath and is also the true cause and reason of forgiveness. What is the method to forgive? It is said that forgiveness is an act of justice and Love. Justice establishes the importance of repentance and change, and Love transforms the error and turns, elevates and submerges it in a true change and what was darkness before, today will become light.

People may think that is necessary to have a profound, vast spirit, a sharp capacity of reflection and a firm, unalterable method of discernment.  But, mainly, what is most important is to be more natural, much more fragile, vulnerable and pure.

Everything starts when a need, a thirst of knowing, of learning is discovered. And essentially, when we learn to listen with the heart. Since, only in this way, the spirit understands, the mind matures and the eyes of the soul, open. When man declares with his word, praising the truth of Love. The one who listens is nourished, renewed and strengthened. And by this grace, the work is done in the consciousness because there is clarity in the heart.

To discern means, to value wisdom. Also, to mature in experience, and to approach understanding. Because the mind is drawing up a map which begins in a humble way, by a first trace, that is like a first step, to seal the commitment of life, which determines that man is not a passive observant of destiny but that he will look for the spiritual means to evolve and grow.  Because in the inspired word, the faith deepens, Love becomes alive.  Since, after listening, then is wanted to live. And this is revealed and transformed into a flower. Because the knowledge preserves purity and wisdom. Enriching and motivating all the life of man. And thus this is learned and known, by listening to Virtue, which gives place to its realization and experience.

Contemplating the Light in Meditation

Some time ago, I heard something as a voice, but I could not understand its meaning, only to note while in the deepest silence, that the voice would become music and the music, would recite as if it was a poem.
It was strange, different, nevertheless, it also had calm and depth. Once, in the middle of the silence, the voice became light and light became a sea of stars, and from those stars and from that light, pure feelings of love, would spring. And that light would fill everything and I could contemplate everything as if was without beginning or end.

This word reveals, this word is light, there is power, authority, peace, love, in her. This presence, in turn, has grace, candor and also intelligence which overcomes wisdom itself. Because is unconditional Peace.

That word, that light, that silence are called meditation, which is an essential step, to ascend the path, and for man to be able to look at his destiny, beyond this and other worlds.

Because, everything can be ephemeral except love if it is true. And the understanding of this, brings love and plenitude. I don’t have any doubts that man and the universe are only one, even though it may seem that there is distance and separation. There is nothing in the true reason, but lasting perfection and the purest and eternal love.
