Q: What is the greatest benefit of Meditation ?

 A: Meditation does not have or is not a practice of greater or lesser benefits . Meditation calms the restlessness of the mind and prepares the mind to deepen beyond illusion and selfishness allowing the reflective and intuitive processes that will permit to act in harmony with what is good . And from this , Humility will arise , which is essential in the path of spirituality .

If we don’t water a plant, how long will it live ? If a very sick patient is not taken care of, will he recover ? Probably, his health will deteriorate. And if there is neither order nor discipline, will we reach the goals ?
When a person tells the other that he/she is in love and is loyal and makes a commitment, does he mean it, or is he saying only empty words ? When we look for the Divine Presence do we do it because we need to overcome something mainly material and we want things to change and then we forget ?  This is very common. This is the cause of illnesses of many types and the spiritual is the most delicate. What happens is that is not taken care of, is not provided, is not sustained, because we are not taught. And the heart, the intention, the good debilitates, loses heart, agonizes and it is strange to say, that in order for Love not to die, he has to be alive. And, of course, Love always has to be alive and not in any kind of life, but in a quality life with surrender, dedication, filled with purpose and foundation. Throughout my work experience, I have found that what hurts the most is to consider that Love is automatic, self sustained and indifferent.
 Or to think that everything has been done, has been given in an instant. And Love, does not need to be renewed ? And I ask myself, does every human being need constant attention. Or should we eat once or should we breath once in our lifetime? Of course, the path is made by walking with constant steps. There is much sorrow and grief for the ones that do not try hard in their divine relationship with Love by surrendering and making it grow, every day.
How can we leave a child without a hug ? How can we leave the relationship pass without a kiss ? 
 How can we stop loving God for everything that He has given us?  We have to be conscious that Love requires of gratitude, consideration, appreciation surrender. And what is Love and who is Love ?
 Love is everything : The air that we breathe, the earth that we step on, the food that we eat, all the beings around us, even the ones we will never meet. Because the journey of life must have as goal, the victory of realizing and the victory of living Divine Love, who is, God as primordial source and the universe as a vast field, where to plant tenderness, care, happiness.
Because in order to live, we have to be real, we have to love diligently, with respect, decision, responsibility and consciousness.

The meaning of the word “destiny” is controversial and has brought constant interrogations, doubts, confrontations, fanaticism, to great part of humanity
But, destiny, is neither written nor made anywhere, and the spiritual reason is very simple: The Creation is an act of Love, and is logic, necessary and indispensable, by virtue of that love, to have at least a minimum expression, in other words, to be able to accomplish our own goals and that is why, there is no destiny.
But, even this may look like contradictory, to what we just said, what do exist is a group of probabilities, which seem like a determinism and much of this, can be found, in mystic and esoteric studies, which are true.
But, what it refers to, is that man is not alone, there is an environment, which surrounds him, and where we live as fish in the water, but at the end of the journey, we ourselves, are the path, and even though an environmental predetermination exist, we will do, what we decide to do, and this does not go against, any science as, astrology, on the contrary, it is exalted and defined.
It is very certain, that, there is an all, which is the life that surrounds us, but if man is conscious about himself, he will always be maker of his destiny and even though it would seem to have an apparent final destiny, the decision, will always be ours, because God has loved and will love us, and He delivers the gift of life, along with the option to choose life and death.

I can feel your look in the silence, in the stillness, in the total solitude, eveAngen though, I don’t see you, and I haven’t met you, but, I know that you understand, appreciate and value everything I say. You take care of each and every one of the details, no matter how small. You have power and influence, making things change, transforming my life, glorifying, renovating or vanishing my surroundings.
But, I also know that you want the best for me: You want me to find my path, my work to be worthwhile, my life, not to be as everyone else, but to have my own opinions, and thru difficulties, to become as iron which thru conflicts, acquires the temple of the ocean.
I know that you love me with infinite virtue and in your heart, there is a light of friendship, tenderness and love.
Then, how to explain the link between you and me? When contemplating our lives, our paths interweave and you assist me with inner strength as firm doctrine and also as support, as flexible branch of a tree, that does not break. I feel your presence, your compassion and you have in my heart full of gratitude a kiss of love of spirit, for you, my angel of light, my angel of Love
