Meditation. The Seer and the Vision

When I enter a deep meditation, there are no questions, only contemplation. Life itself seems to stop and that instant is seen
as an eternal inexhaustible present.Maybe, I could compare it to a vast lake, quiet, calm and serene in a night where the moon would reflect its light but not only on the surface of those waters, but in the depth, which is so deep and deep, that we could ever have dreamed, as a pearl of soft, delicate, exquisite and magnificent, colors. Thus, in the meditative meditation, the present is, no more than the absence of time itself. There is no past neither future, there is only that total reality, who embraces everything, who made everything.A brightness as that pearl of light, in the mysterious lake, in the diaphanous conscience, which is the human mind.
The present is the only reality but nevertheless it is so extremely fragile, that reality is as brief as its own emptiness.
In the meditative meditation, there is no difference anymore among the seer and the vision. There is no distance,there is no separation, only in the present we flow, only in the present, we are. But, who can understand this? That, the most powerful knowledge is to go beyond understanding, and then… only… to know …

 

Meditation. Inner Silence

The man was immersed in a deep silence, wanting to learn the art of being reborn. He had studied art, science, mysteries and many worldly subjects and became  powerful and capable. But he did not know the art of being reborn and as he was concentrating and searching, he faced the mystery of the inner silence, the sacred spirit of each man, of each being in the creation. And the silence and the mystery said : – You have to die in order to be reborn. And to die, you have to leave everything behind : Your wisdom, achievements and your own experiences.
The man was surprised by this and the mystery said in a sure, low voice :  -All are the same, wanting to know but not been able of offering anything.
The man moved away, a long time passed and everything that he once had accomplished , started to fade : His fortune, power, even his wisdom started to dilute and he became confused but he would still remember the spiritual dialogue and he would wonder how could he be reborn, what could he carry with himself?
 He realized that the had lost everything. Then, when the culminating moment of death arrived, the mystery, the inner voice approached the man again and said :
- I feel your anguish, desolation and your loss. You now realize and start to appreciate the importance of a wisdom that would not abandon, that would never leave you. But you chose a false security. I have seen that your repentance is genuine, then I will tell you that what is reached in the heart is never lost and it gives you the art to be reborn conscious in this world. The all ,who is the superior power, the mother of all things, is for everyone and is in everyone. Even though, the name would be forgotten, it will be the light, which may appear small but is capable of illuminating the infinite space. Open your heart and listen . The generosity of Love makes, transforms the human heart and lifts it as eternal light. When you accept that Love is humble and generous, you will realize then, the art of being reborn forever in eternity.-

The Awakening of the Spirit

There is something that meets the dreams, something that meets the intentions, that concentrates our will and our being and enlarges, refines it. A perfect source that defines the mystery, that is to say, that deciphers life and the inner content of man and the universe itself.

When thousands of years ago, man looked at dreams, he may have asked himself, what was in them as sustaining force, as primordial light, reflected on the stars. A dew in the night, drops of light that illuminate not only the path but also the feeling, in order to learn and awaken the look of the heart, that reveals the awakening of the spirit.

 

 

Meditation. The Source for Universal Love

Meditation can change many things, it can transform our lives and it certainly can make better persons out of us. All this is due to the fact that we can realize the Truth and this is a gradual, but very serious and consistent process. Soon, we will be discovering if we really are sincere with ourselves, if indeed we want to change, to have peace and above all, to be a source of love and inspiration. Meditation, then, it’s directly related to self-criticism, which is a constructive process to understand ourselves and also to understand others. It is possible that in occasions we enter in contradiction, but the important thing will be of course, to find our weakest points, going beyond the superficial analysis and besides, to be able to communicate, since man often lives too much in the fantasy and he needs to have a real and practical spirituality. Although to meditate is not properly to analyze, meditation will take us to a clearer conscience, in harmony and peace. Let’s look for in meditation not a reason for isolation but as a source of universal love.

Contemplating the Light in Meditation

Some time ago, I heard something as a voice, but I could not understand its meaning, only to note while in the deepest silence, that the voice would become music and the music, would recite as if it was a poem.

It was strange, different, nevertheless, it also had calm and depth. Once, in the middle of the silence, the voice became light and light became a sea of stars, and from those stars and from that light, pure feelings of love, would spring. And that light would fill everything and I could contemplate everything as if was without beginning or end.

This word reveals, this word is light, there is power, authority, peace, love, in her. This presence, in turn, has grace, candor and also intelligence which overcomes wisdom itself. Because is unconditional Peace.

That word, that light, that silence are called meditation, which is an essential step, to ascend the path, and for man to be able to look at his destiny, beyond this and other worlds.

Because, everything can be ephemeral except love if it is true. And the understanding of this, brings love and plenitude. I don’t have any doubts that man and the universe are only one, even though it may seem that there is distance and separation. There is nothing in the true reason, but lasting perfection and the purest and eternal love. 

 

 

 

Understanding Spirituality

Much has been said about spirituality, but little has been understood. People have their own interpretation but do not transmit purely the teaching. 

Spirituality is always personal because we love and because we wish to do it. Because we feel an extraordinary need of the presence, of the proximity. And because this feeling is always filled with tenderness and compassion.

Love is very vast and we have tried to define it, like a form of assistance and collaboration. But love is much more. Love is an infinite pleasure and is a sexuality as vast as the sky and the sea.

God has created an exquisite and very personal universe. And this means that He understands that we are individuals.

 God is limitless Love and life must be expressed like that. The Creator has put so many details in His creation, that we have to think that God is pure and passionate because He is the only one who can satisfy us and to fill us completely. But we don’t have to forget that we are flesh and bone and we have the supreme breath of eternity.

A story of mystery and an unceasing love is found between the moon and the sea. The love between the moon and the sea, is a symbolic term, but very significant. Since, in order to love is necessary to know how to reflect passion and surrender in the heart of the loved one.

The moon will give her reflection and the sea will caress her image. And in the crest of the waves will indicate the silver reflection like small diamonds that make an unique life, out of the night.

The one who meditates does not move away, is not annulled, does not separate, does not become vague, does not extinguish, and is not lost, since he is loving eternity.

 

 

Meditation and Sincerity. For Reflection.

Many persons talk about Meditation, its techniques, procedures, methods, philosophy, intention and all this is good and necessary but it is like wearing a new suit that is not completely clean.

What do we mean by this? That even though we may practice for many hours if we lack the right attitude, it would be like listening to a speech for many hours but in a strange language that we don’t understand.

It would be like standing in front of a door with many keys but none of them can open the door.

Before any practice or technique, we have to ask ourselves how to bring sincerity to our heart, since only in this way the practice of Meditation truly begins.

 

 

The Most Perfect and Absolute Reality.

From a long meditation process….that man came out. Many springs…had already passed. So many, that he had forgotten the scent and the aroma of the flowers.
He was a person that looked for the meaning of life, that had abandoned all tastes and pleasures, since he felt that he had to give priority to more fundamental aspects, at least, he thought that way.
After leaving the meditation, he was thinking that it was necessary to increase the meditation, that maybe he had lost too much time and that he would have to make a better effort.
Therefore, he went in search of an old teacher, that is to say, perhaps a little older that himself.
After a pilgrimage, he found the longed for master and he commented to him of his efforts, sacrifices and austerities and the teacher said to him:
-Ah, that was the reason that you have not been seen anymore, that you have also lost the smile and the youth. You have been, he said clearly, looking for in the wrong places, you have locked up your spirit and you have not allowed it to travel neither by the world nor by your life.
Nobody has been able to know you and nobody knows you, you did not care for an animal you did not water a plant, you did not kiss the forehead of a child, you did not have dreams with the loved person, you did not watch over the nights to see the light of a new day, you did not know how the birds fly and nest and besides all that and much more…were you thinking that you were looking for the truth?
Does the flower try to wither or should the children should be born pale, ill, without energy, and of youth one should run away, frightened?
Why have you denied life, why have you thought that by hurting you, you punished some demon and you did not realize that everything you did was to bleed slowly?
Please, now that you have left your own captivity, do not carry to an extreme your confusion. Be as the light of the sun that does not hide or like the brilliant green of the leaves reflecting life’s energy.
Do not accuse yourself, please, neither reject the favor of your senses, learn and understand that your heart has been born to love and be loved, cultivate the friendship and put faith in the work of your hands, do not cut your walking by life, do not die without having lived, enjoy with sincerity the joy of the present.
If there is something mistaken in man is the fact that he refuses to live.
Why do you look beyond yourself? What you must do is to accept and to know yourself.
The Love that has created and maintains all the life, has not made it a crime or punishment. Do not reject the existence and make of your meditation not a cold tomb, but a purpose to reach dignity, happiness by sharing day by day, the joy that is the natural sense of the soul.
And that man, who had meditated without really understanding, just had a glimpse of the most perfect and absolute reality: THE PRESENT.

Meditation. A Path of Love and Spiritual Life.

When we experience a deeper meditation, then we not only discover calm and silence but also understanding, sensibility and creativity. Since, when we meditate we are not closing the doors to the world, but just the opposite happens, since we unite more to it, but in a special way that is deeper and perfect, since the calm and the silence guide us to regions of love and forgiveness, where we become better persons and also more loving since we develop the peace that gives wisdom and humility.

Therefore, we will be renovated young, of eternal spirit because we are in the process of discovering the value of recognizing and appreciating.
In this way meditation unites us to the path of love and spiritual life.
