I also find that I am more likely to feel God's presence when I am centred in the here and now - in my body, rather than getting caught up in my thoughts. To do this, I remember that God is also in my body and as this is my constant 'home' I know that the more I remain centred within my body, the more I am able to be aware of Him. In this way, when I pray, especially when I am grateful, I can feel Divine warmth in my heart. That’s such good advice.
